Help students see what they can become

Behind every student achievement is often a teacher, a coach, a community program or someone who believed in them. ScholarOut gives that growth a home: a profile that connects classroom learning with the clubs, service, creativity and work that shape a young person's story.

Who we want to connect with

• School boards and schools supporting student portfolios and transitions.
• Student clubs and societies celebrating participation, leadership and projects.
• Not-for-profits and charities expanding access to learning and support.
• Youth organisations offering arts, sport, service and skill-building programs.
• Employers and education organisations exploring appropriate co-op, volunteering and student opportunities.

Start with a shared purpose

We welcome conversations about helping students document milestones, making opportunities easier to discover and supporting families as they build a meaningful student profile. Any collaboration starts with understanding your community's needs — it is not a promise of an existing school integration or programme.

Student privacy is not a partnership benefit to trade away. We do not sell student data or give partners privileged access to private profiles. Projects involving young people must respect parent approval, appropriate consent and our safety rules.

Let's talk
